Tributes have flooded in for Bellator MMA veteran Katy Collins, who has died aged 32. The fighter passed away on Wednesday after complications from a brain aneurysm she suffered last week. She died surrounded by her family in Branson, Missouri. Her death was confirmed by trainer J.T Tilley on Facebook. He wrote: "The fight is over. You never stopped fighting and we never gave up on you. Just wasn’t in the card. Tilley continued: "I’ve always been so proud of you Kate. We did it... I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I will miss you more than the world will ever know." The mum compiled a 7-4 record over her short three-year career and she is survived by her two sons.
